There's a wild wind blowing from the South and with it, the feeling of change grips my belly. Here we are, riding the 2012 wave, complete with predictions of turmoil, transformation and the dawning of a new era.
Well, it is what it is and frankly, I don't know what is around the next corner any more than it seems you lot do. What I see is everyone going through our own personal experience of 'Shift'. Perfectly appropriate for what we each need. Immaculately so even.
Wow!
The amount of creative inspiration pouring through me, is at times overwhelming, but more often so exciting, that I am carried from one situation to the next. Often it seems out of my control. Thankfully, I am more and more OK to let life be out of control.
There literally doesn't appear to be any option. Suffering is a state of mind. I can choose it or not.
Enough of that...
I am busy creating music recordings and have enough material down now, to put out a new SIKA CD. This has been a long time in the pipeline ('scuse the pun) and I am very excited.
So many people have supported me to do this and I am very grateful to all of you for being so patient. I trust it will satisfy your spirits when it is finally released.
Meanwhile, it's back to the studio.
The view from the studio is of several ponies grazing on the mountainside. There's a peace up here in the hills of South Island, NZ that allows me to be with Spirit. The elements are powerful and sometimes challenging, but it is this immersion into nature that fills my heart.
Happy Equinox people.

Christchurch - 1st Blog
Hello people, well here goes ....
I am now a Blogger!
Yesterday, as I drove through the stunning landscape of South Island New Zealand, I had the inspiration to write a book.
Today, thanks to my dear friend Ray, who is my web designer, here I am writing my first ever Blog...fantastic!
This is a great way to share my experiences with you.
Today is setup day at the Body Mind Spirit Festival in Christchurch. A typical two day gig in some respects, but one that has a powerful sense of being really wanted and needed by the people. The Earthquakes here over the last two years, have left a palletable unity in the city and it's surrounding areas.
A need for ways to bring peace and calmness back into life. The festy is on Saturday and Sunday. In the years of going to it, I can vouch for the sincerity and integrity of the folk that work there. I shall be there to greet you as you ascend the escaltor into other realms.
The Earth Spirit Music stand will have all our CD's for sale and you can come and talk with me. Tonight at 7.30pm I am doing a concert at the same venue. This is open to everyone, so do come on a Sound Journey with us.
Tickets are available from the main festival entrance for $15. Well, enough for now. Off to teach Didjeridoo lessons! Enjoy your day
